Day 1
Arrival at Delhi-Mathura
As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at New Delhi Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.
Important Notes:
- For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
- To avail of the group airport transfers:
- Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
- Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
- On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
- Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
- If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
- In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
- We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
- Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.
Today we proceed to Mathura – the birthplace of Lord Krishna and one of the seven holiest cities in Hinduism.
Day 2
Mathura - Govardhan - Barsana - Gokul - Mathura
Today we proceed to Govardhan where we visit Govardhan Hill, closely linked with the legend of Lord Krishna lifting the hill to protect villagers from torrential rain. Further we proceed to Barsana known as birthplace of Radha Rani. Here we enjoy cable car ride and visit Radha Rani temple.
Later we visit Bramhand Ghat where lord Krishna, swallowed few mud particles and revealed the entire cosmic universe in his mouth to Yashodha, Chintaharan Mahadev Temple, Chaurasi Khamba where Lord Krishna was kept hidden and Raman Reti where young Lord Krishna played with his friends.

Day 3
Mathura - Vrindavan - Mathura
Today we visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi – the sacred site believed to be the birthplace of Lord Krishna.
Further we proceed to Vrindavan – a town closely associated with Lord Krishna’s childhood pastimes. Upon arrival we visit Banke Bihari Temple, one of the most revered temples dedicated to Lord Krishna, Prem Mandir – a majestic marble temple showcasing Krishna Leela through stunning carvings, Chandra Uday temple famous for being designed as the India’s tallest temple, and ISKCON Temple, a vibrant spiritual center of the Hare Krishna movement.

Day 4
Mathura - Delhi - Departure
Today we proceed to Delhi.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.

Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu
Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
Cost of any optional activity or service
